Captain Nick had just released a small cod when this eagle swooped down for the catch!
Brown bears "fishing" at Wolverine Creek. June sees them in large numbers and can be seen all season. This is the same location as Big Rivers Lake.
This first run silver was caught on the mid Kenai river. Chrome fresh and full of fight.
In the even years the pink salmon enter the Kenai river in the thousands. There is no lack of action with the "humpies". Smoked, they are fabulous and the fresh females are good to eat.
